StackNup

Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

stacknup.com is the website of StackNup, based in Rethymno, Crete. This page explains, as plainly as possible, what information we collect about you, why, and what you can ask of us.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, your email, optionally your phone number, the services you selected and your message. We do not use cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous page views, country and device type, without cookies and without identifying anyone.

The website's hosting provider (Vercel) logs, as any server does, technical details of requests (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operation. We do not link these to you as a person.

Why

For one reason: to answer what you asked us and, if we go ahead, to work out the project together. The legal basis is the contact you initiate ahead of a possible collaboration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or hand your details to third parties for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Your message reaches our company mailbox (info@stacknup.com), hosted with our email provider in Greece, and from there the email system we use every day to reply. These providers process the data only on our behalf.

For how long

For as long as our conversation lasts and, if no collaboration follows, up to 12 months after the last message, so that we can reply if you come back. Then it is deleted. If we do work together, the details are kept for as long as the collaboration and the law require.

Your rights

  • To know what details of yours we hold, and to get a copy.
  • To have them corrected or deleted.
  • To have their processing restricted or stopped.
  • To lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

For any of these, an email to info@stacknup.com is enough. We reply within a month at the latest.

Changes

If any of the above changes, we will update this page and the date at its top.
